To resolve things faster, include in your email:
- Your account id — open Settings in the app and tap the small id shown at the bottom to copy it. It looks like this:
e3b1c849-2f6a-4d3b-9c1d-7a52e08b4f6d. Since Golazo has no signup, this randomly generated id is the only way for us to find your profile. - Your device model and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18).
- The app version, shown in Settings just above the account id.
- What happened, what you expected, and — if you can — a screenshot.
