What is Golazo?+

Golazo is a mobile football quiz game for iOS and Android. It has two modes: Quizz — multiple-choice and guess-the-player questions across themed packs — and the World Draft, where you spin a random country and draft a starting XI from its player pool. Play daily, keep your streak alive and train your football IQ.

Is Golazo free?+

Yes — you can download Golazo and play for free. The optional Golazo Subscription unlocks all themes, with new content added regularly.

Do I need an account?+

No. There is no signup, email or password. Your progress is tied to an anonymous profile created automatically for your device. You can set a display name and a country flag in Settings, but neither is required.

What happens to my progress if I delete the app or switch phones?+

Because your profile is tied to your device (not an account), progress cannot be transferred between devices. On iOS your profile usually survives a reinstall on the same device; on Android a fresh profile is created when you reinstall. Your Golazo Subscription is linked to your App Store / Google Play account, so you can always restore it with “Restore purchase”.

What is the Golazo Subscription and how do I subscribe?+

The Golazo Subscription is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks every theme. You subscribe from inside the app; the purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Pricing, the billing period and any free trial are shown on the purchase sheet before you confirm.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from, not by us:

  • iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Golazo → Cancel.
  • Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Golazo → Cancel.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your subscription access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a purchase?+

Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account you originally subscribed with.

How do I get a refund?+

Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them: for App Store purchases use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play purchases request a refund from the Play Store. If you get stuck, email us at [email protected] and we will help where we can.

How do I change my name or flag?+

Open Settings (the gear icon on the home screen). Tap your name to edit it, or tap the flag row to pick a different country.

A question or answer is wrong — how do I report it?+

Football data moves fast and we occasionally get one wrong. Email [email protected] with the question text (a screenshot is perfect) and we will fix it.

How do I delete my account and data?+

Follow the steps on our account deletion page — in short: copy your account id from the app's Settings and email it to [email protected] with a deletion request.
