Delete your account

Golazo has no emails or passwords — your profile is identified by an anonymous, randomly generated account id. To have it and all associated data erased:

1. Open Golazo and tap the gear icon on the home screen to open Settings.
2. Tap the small account id shown at the bottom of Settings to copy it. It looks like this: e3b1c849-2f6a-4d3b-9c1d-7a52e08b4f6d. (The Delete Account link in Settings brings you to this page.)
3. Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account” and paste your account id.

We process deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by reply once your data has been erased. If you no longer have the app installed and cannot retrieve your account id, email us anyway — we will do our best to help.

• Your profile (account id, display name, country flag)
• Your gameplay data: progress, streaks, quiz results and draft history
• Your push notification token

Some records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, or anti-abuse purposes — for example, payment records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat under tax and accounting law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Golazo Subscription — subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not by us. To stop being charged:

• iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Golazo → Cancel.
• Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Golazo → Cancel.
